What the website stores

Purchases use your email, order details and payment status. Your payment provider handles card numbers; this website does not request or store them.

Activation

The license server stores a hashed installation identifier, license status and verification date. Use a random installation identifier rather than a Mac serial number.

Reviews

With your permission, your nickname, rating and review text are published after moderation. No email is required. The app link associates submission with a hash of an anonymous Mac identifier so the app stops asking for a review. Your license key is not included in the link. CAPTCHA runs on our server without third-party trackers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions and form protection. No advertising trackers are installed.

For trials, the server stores a hash of an anonymous Mac identifier, the end date and an access token hash. Serial numbers, sensor readings and file contents are not transmitted. This identifier prevents reinstalling from resetting the trial.

Website analytics

We use self-hosted Matomo to count visits and confirmed purchases. We send pages without query parameters, the referring site without its path, browser type, language and a random identifier for the current session. No additional analytics cookies are created. Email addresses, visitor IP addresses, license keys and payment details are not sent to Matomo.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable tracking. The preference below lasts for the browser session. You can use the website and buy without analytics.

Before public launch, the seller must publish retention periods, business details and a contact for requests.
